Wet Wet Wet

Very disappointed, ordered goods for my friend for Christmas on the 17th November and after several emails still didn't receive goods, although monies were taken from bank account.  Sorry to say wont be ordering from here again.

Thats quite bad if items are ordered on November 17th it should arrive at least within 10 days or so....I never order from webistes hardly apart from Play.Com in 2008 for Christmas Presents as I didn't have alot of time to shop because work commitments I did it online. But lucky enough I got my items...Up to now I haven't ordered my Chess DvD still need to get round it but it worries me if payment gets taken and item doesn't not show I will be furious too....U need to contact management or someone who can sort this for anyone who are disappointed...
