'Soundtrack To My Life' on Sky Arts and Sky Arts HD on Friday 27th June at 4:00pm

Just to let you all know the band are filming 3 songs for t.v. later today - for an ITV 1 programme to go out on a date to be fixed in February called "Soundtrack to our lives".  Not sure what they are going to be singing - but at least we all have something to look forward to in the New Year.

We'll have to keep our eyes peeled for the show being aired.

Come tell me all about it!

Could do with a wee repeat of Getting, Having, and Holding. Just to remind us of the juxtaposition!!!

Continuing to stalk Neil up and down the M1. Baby! Oh yeah! Still watching Clarkey's gorgeous tight little bottom! Classic SSS saying -"See you in the toilets....5 minutes!"

    Re: FORUM EXCLUSIVE

I've just found this on the Radio Times website so I'm wondering if the programme featuring the Wets will be part of this series, although it looks like this is a repeat.  Confused

    Re: FORUM EXCLUSIVE

Well whatever it is featuring the Wets definitely isn't a repeat!  But maybe Cat Deeley is talking about the Soundtrack to her life - no idea - roll on February when it's aired that's all I can say!

    Re: FORUM EXCLUSIVE

I suppose it could be part of an ongoing series, of which some repeats are being shown at the moment - I assumed that the Wets one wouldn't be a repeat.  Or it could be a completely different programme.  Big Smile

I have just read on a Darren Hayes forum that Soundtrack To My Life (if this is the programme that the Wets are going to be on) is only on in the ITV London area, and I don't seem to be able to get that on Virgin Media but it is on Sky Channel No. 993.

There is a clip of Darren Hayes singing an acoustic version of Madonna's Ray Of Light from this programme on YouTube, though.  Wink

There are also some clips on YouTube of Sophie Ellis Bextor on this programme, singing acoustic versions of about three of her own songs and two covers and being interviewed.

    Re: FORUM EXCLUSIVE

    Hi

I get Sky digital so I have checked if I have London channel 993 and I have. So I know I can watch it if this is the same programme thewets r due to appear on in February.

    Re: FORUM EXCLUSIVE

I have also read that it is Cat Deeley who presents this programme and each artist/band plays four of their own acoustic songs.

    Re: FORUM EXCLUSIVE

I'm not sure if it's the same thing, but there is a repeat on ITV London tonight of Soundtrack to my life which says:

    Soundtrack to My Life

    Wednesday 09 January
    11:05pm - 11:35pm
    ITV1 London

Marc Almond talks frankly about his career, his tragedies, musical influences, and performs hits from Soft Cell, Say Hello, Wave Goodbye, and previews brand new material.

    VIDEO Plus+: 355118

    Repeat, Widescreen

But this is a repeat, maybe that leads to a new series I don't know? But I also found a bit on the net to suggest Belinda Carlisle did a recording for this accoustic series as far back as last summer, and that it is artists performing an unrehearsed accoustic set, which kind of suggests it's the same thing looking at the pics in the candid shots on this site with Cat Deeley.  No doubt time will tell, and we'll just have to keep our eyes peeled to the t.v. listings and the news section of the site.
