Wet Wet Wet

Just received a letter from the Royal Mail stating they have been contacted by Trinity  Street Direct Ltd about an item of mail containing mail order goods, which are described as 1 x wet wet wet cd, which was sent to you on 10/1/2008.

It would help with our enquiries if you could kindly answer the questions below: 

Has the item been received/Have you contacted the sender/Have you contacted Royal Mail? 

Anyone else got this letter?

I think it must be Debbie, just wondering if they are checking to see who may have duplicates or is it because some of the cd's were just posted when they should've obtained a signature.

I received the same letter yesterday and I think you're right, it must be because some of the cd's were just posted 'cos although mine was recorded delivery, they just posted it without obtaining a signature.

I got one too -- sent mine back with a print of the email sent from concertlive when I complained that the original hadnt been received -- I was a bit confused cos the letter says it refers to the original order reported missing, but the despatch date actually relates to the 'duplicate' that they sent after they had admitted that the distribution centre had dropped a b*****k.

Not sure if anything will be done re refunds or compensation but its worth a try !!

It Feels Like Heaven Now ....

i havnt had a letter.

I haven't had a letter, but my post seems to be a week after everyone elses. (could be, 'cos my male postie insists on wearing shorts in ALL weathers..the fool that he is)

Anyway, my bundle  eventually arrived recorded delivery, but like others have said, I too didn't have to sign for it, which I thought was a bit odd at the time. So no doubt I'll get that letter too.
I'll keep you all POSTED!!. LOL

I haven't had a letter yet either, and I'm still sat hear with two sets of cd's as no-ones told us what to do with them yet!!!!

Hi I got a letter this morning which is strange because my CD's did not get lost in the post or anything - it just took ages for them to be delivered.  I am going to fill in the questionnaire.

I have received a letter today! None of my cd's went missing in the post either. It is all a bit strange!  I will fill out the questionnaire and return it explaining that I didn't have a problem with them being sent.

its all a bit strange,strange strange.why are people getting letters so many weeks after the concert live cds come out.

I've recieved 2 letters this week the same as the ones the others have recieved. Did everyone fill them in and send them back? I've got two sets of cd's sat here, but wasn't sure what to do with the other set? Have been waiting for something to be posted on here about what we should do, as I didn't want to get stung for postage sending them back, tight arse that I am lol!!! Any ideas anyone??

I filled the form in but gonna be honest it's sitting on my computer table waiting to be sent off.

Just got the same form a few days ago, but am not gonna waste my time sending it back..
