    Re: CONCERT LIVE CDS

Mine arrived on Saturday as well and i'm glad i got them, finally but this company are a bad joke. They sent me an email last week saying i should have my CD's by now but they never arrived for another 4 days. They charged me £24.50 for p&p and all they did was shove the CD's into a jiffy bag and send them via recorded post, sorry but that's a piss take, how can they justify that p&p?

I agree 100% with what jabellafella (above) said.

There wasn't even a darned apology from the company..just a "thank you for your order" note.

    Re: CONCERT LIVE CDS

I think the high postage charges relate to the fact that Concert Live uses a third party distribution compnay to send out the CD(s) and they have to factor in the cost for this company in the postage charge.

    Re: CONCERT LIVE CDS

I shop on the internet all the time and I have to agree that the postage is daylight robbery. Especially as originally the CDs were sent out standard mail. If you have paid £24.50 postage and packaging then Im guessing you bought lots of CDs - usually companies combine the postage costs - did they all arrive in seperate jiffy bags? I think everyone deserves a refund on the postage personally, or at the least an apology! Angry I definitely wont be using the company for any other CDs - I will only make an exception for the wet wet wet ones.

I agree that the postage was really high, but I ordered all 9 of the discs, and my postage was just over £15, as I did a couple of orders, which actually worked out cheaper on the postage, and send the item normal delivery.

This works out just over £1.50 for each disc. If you've ever brought of e-bay, that's not far of what people charge for postage who just put stuff in a jiffy bag.

I'm not defending the charges, as I could've had a free disc with the amount I paid, but that's the joy of internet shopping.

I'm just really pleased to be able to listen to the shows that I couldn't get to, and would never have been able to listen to if it wasn't for Concert Live. Just think of the 'good old days' before all this technology was around. We are so spoilt now.

But everybody knows people on Ebay usually charge a high postage as they are guaranteed to get that when the item sells. Play.com and CDWOW send their stuff out free delivery. I paid nearer £3.00 for my postage which definitely can't be justified....anyway I'll stop going on (I can hear people sighing "Finally!") at the end of the day Im just happy to be listening to the live CD its just a shame the company they used had to put a dampner on the whole thing & I hope it hasn't put any new WWW fans off!

    Hello Nico

Still didn't receive any CD's. I have ordered them on 7/12 and they have been credited from my visa ages ago.

The last mail I sent them on Friday was not yet answered. I have also sent you a mail with my order details.

    Mia
