Well I was 100% happy with my experience with Concert Live and I would like to thank them for making such a fantastic job of the CD's. I know there was a bit of a mess up with CD's not being received but this now appears to have been pretty much sorted and I'm sure the company will have learned from this experience. I really do hope this doesn't put the Wets off using this company in future as I found the recording to be far superior than the Instant Live CD's from previous tours. So from me, thankyou to Concert Live for a fab momento of the tour.

It has to be said that Amazon give you free delivery on orders over £15 and there are people who bought £100 worth of these CDs and subsequently paid over £20 in postage. Like I've said loads already, play.com and CDWOW offer free postage on CDS...

Im not really bothered about the postage myself as I only bought one CD and while the postage was excessive on that, the CD was worth the extra pennies but I do agree with others who think it is excessive. I shop online all the time and when I see the words "good value" with regards to the postage it just makes me laugh.

Hiya anybody else outhere who still hasn't reveived his CD's.

I'm still waiting and really starting to get a bit impatience. I have ordered on 6 december and paid the end of that month.

I do hope they will arrive one of these days.

Best thing to do is email the following:

Remember to quote your order number on any email. They should be able to arrange for replacements to be sent out. They probably have your order marked as "Sent"

Seems they are relying on people telling them that CDs haven't been received, instead of trying to figure out who has them and who doesn't themselves.

Hello Karl,

Thanks a lot for the information.

I already mailed them twice. Every time I get an answer that they have been dispatched and that I will receive them shortly. So every time I'm in hope, looking at my mailbox every day and every time nothing. I also let Nico know he told me he forwarded the mail.

But nothing since then. I keep my fingers crossed. If nothing happenes I will have to sent a mail to them again.

Anyway, thanks again Karl, I wished the CD people were as helpful as you.

Anyone still waiting for their Cardiff Live CD???

Have just been listening to the Wembley gig and everytime I listen to it, I hear something I have not heard before!

It is fab and brings back great memories.

I know many of us had a bad experience with Concert Live, but I think we will all agree that the end result was fantastic quality and was worth the wait.

Yo Hayley!

   Tis probably now my favourite album - means so much more when you were there. I have to say I was a bit skeptical at first - would it really bring back the memories of what was a truly fantstic night? But I was wrong it certainly does bring them back brilliantly, only trouble is I can't resist singing along and I think my neighbours are getting a little tired of my screechy voice now.......

he holds it forever!!! how does he do that?!? I am out of puff after 5 seconds! Mind you some the fans seem to be able to hold it for as long as he can - they've obviosuly been practising!!!!

 

Tis my fave live too, although East of the river, Wishing I was lucky, With a little help from my friends and I can give you everything are not far behind.
