Just a harmless bit of fun, but you are all right, some of those pairings are ridiculous, I just got Shayne Ward against John Lennon, one is a boy, the other is a legend.

Debbie is right though, if you are going to do this, don't vote until Marti comes around, if you vote for any of the others you are just keeping them where they are, just refresh the page and wait for Marti.

This poll was mentioned again on the MSN homepage a few days ago which has resulted in Marti now winning 59% of all battles (as opposed to the 60% that he had previously won).

However, there is also another MSN poll featuring Wet Wet Wet now...Worst Band Names. 

The poll is 'Worst Band Names.  Which do you hate most?' so I suspect people may be voting for the band they hate most rather than the name.  I voted for Wet Wet Wet once to find that they have currently won 52% of all votes - if anyone wants to vote for whoever the Wets are up against (e.g. Porno For Pyros, Kajagoogoo, Ned's Atomic Dustbin).
