Hi there!!

   I´m new here, and I´m really interested in Wet and Marti solo concerts...I´m spanish, and here is impossible to find out something about them!! AM I THE ONLY WET WET WET FAN IN SPAIN???!!! 

   Anyway, because of business, now I travel quite a lot to UK, so maybe I could go to a concert there...Could someone tell me when /where are their next concerts??? (group and Marti, please). I can´t find the dates in the new web.

Hi, and welcome to the site.  There is at least one other Spanish fan on these forums. 

I'm afraid that there aren't any concerts planned for the Wets or Marti at the moment but Marti will be starring in the stage musical The Witches of Eastwick around the UK from next month, if that helps?

I think Wet Wet Wet won't tour until 2009. It will more likely be late 2009 into 2010. But they will announce in due course. But as Debbie said Marti is in the hit musical Witches Of Eastwick playing the lead role as Darryl Van Horne. Marti on tour from next month until May 2009, then is said to go Westend that means London. Also if ur interested in Wet Wet Wet and Marti Pellow Music then check Band Section of the Forum about Convention been held August 15th 2009 in Glasgow.

About Wet Wet Wet touring, we don't wish to get ANY Fan's hopes up, but please keep in mind, that as long as there aren't any announcements on this OFFICIAL website, from any band members of The Wets themselves, their Management or their Admin, then unfortunately NOTHING is going to happen despite what some members may put on here.

I feel this is a bit stongly worded. I'll always be hoping for a Wets tour!

 There are several members on this site who have some form of link with the Wets. Perhaps the OP will explain further, however, I'm sure there is a good chance she does know something that we do not.

 Either way I'll wait for official word on whether there will be a tour or not.

We just felt that there were a couple of posts in this thread that may give false hope of a tour when we don't actually have any concrete information at the moment.

I think we are probably all hoping for a tour but, like Ambrose, I will wait for official word about one.

We just wanted to make it clear to any new fans that there is no official news of a tour at the moment.

Thanks for letting us know, it was getting a bit confusing. After Marti's Glasgow gig Dougie said the wets would be back but didn't day what with... it took ages for this tour and album and I think its obvious that alot of work goes into their material and their shows so if anything is going to happen Im thinking it will be a while off yet especially with Marti doing WOE.

Agreeing with the MODS here, there are a lot of people here who have some form of contact with the Wets and as much as we would all like them to tour, its possible even the band themself wouldnt really have any concrete dates. myself i think its highly unlikely for next year with Marti being in WOE, Even if it was December, which i reckon is most likely if there is a tour at all, it still cuts it a bit fine.
