Well i've just had two weeks away on an all inclusive holiday and when i returned home i stood on the scales and was horrified co's iv'e piled on the pounds, i then transfered my holiday pictures on to my computer and was even more horrified co's i look like iv'e been inflated by a pump. I have now started a diet but i find diets hard to stick to. I don't want to join a slimming club because
1. I don't have time to attend meetings.
2 . I don't want to pay someone every week to tell me how much weight i have lost or put on.
I had an idea that would make me stick to my diet!! I thought that if i weigh myself once a week and update this post with my progress i would stick to my diet because i wouldn't want to let people know that i was failing with my weight loss. So here it is i will weigh myself evey monday morning and log in my weight loss or gain and i promise to be truthful. I am very determined to lose weight because i am getting married next year and i want to look gorgeous on my big day!
Well here goes iv'e thrown away all my crisps,chocolate, biscuits,cakes,sweets and anything that is bad for me.It has all been replaced with fresh fruit and vegetables.Wish me luck co's im gonna need it,the first week is always the hardest. [:'(]
