This morning on tune tribe followed prompts and thought I'd downloaded and now I can't find it anywhere on my computer and I've just tried from concert live and screen stuck half way through and now can't get it and it says voucher invalid.
maybe this is why I've never downloaded anything before.

If you have successfully downloaded it from Tunetribe the download should have gone into "My Music". Click on the start button at the bottom of the screen, then somewhere down the righthand side column of the two columns you will see "My music", click on that and it will give you folders. If you already had tunes on there before it might have put it into one of the folders, otherwise you should just see it separately. Hopefully you will understand what I mean and find it there.
Downloading is honestly usually really simple, I think it's probably a bit harder with this this time because of ordering it so well in advance. Normally you just go to a site, tunetribe, i-tunes or whatever, and pay for it and download it at the same time. In addition it's probably a bit more complicated by doing some of the ordering via a mobile phone, and I would admit that I'm confused as to what I've ordered as well, but more because of the time lapse and the loss of confirmations texts/emails, but once you get the hang of downloading it really is easy, I would never (unless it's a Wets' album or something), think to go to a shop and buy a physical CD over the counter any more, I just always use the downloading option.
