Thank you for getting in contact and we apologise for the delay in getting back to you, it has been incredibly busy due to the time of year.
We are very sorry to hear that your order hasn’t arrived with you. We always try and get our orders shipped within our stated delivery period of 10 working days post the date of the gig or order placement. It has been very busy over the last month but our distributors did manage to get all our orders shipped prior to the last posting date for Christmas.
Delays can occur this time of year so if there have been any problems we will get another copy dispatched for you.
You order is marked as shipped well before the last postal dates so the only other possibility is that it was lost in transit once it left our distributors.
We have to assume that orders arrive ok unless we hear other wise.
We are currently looking into this with our distributors and will ensure that your order reaches by the first week of the New Year.
